Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by PayFast. An order is accepted once payment has cleared.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only, via The Courier Guy. Transit estimates on the shipping page are the courier's, not a guarantee. Outlying routes can take longer.
What this product does — and does not do
The oxygen sensor spacer recesses your downstream oxygen sensor out of the direct exhaust stream. This changes the signal that sensor reports to the engine control unit.
It does not repair, restore or replace a catalytic converter, and it does not reduce tailpipe emissions. It will not resolve a catalyst code caused by an exhaust leak, a failing oxygen sensor or an engine misfire. We publish guides covering how to tell the difference, and we would rather you diagnosed the fault than bought a part that cannot help.
Intended use
This part alters how your vehicle reports downstream oxygen sensor readings. Removing or bypassing a functioning catalytic converter on a road-going vehicle may affect its roadworthy status and emissions compliance in South Africa. Sold for motorsport, off-road and diagnostic use. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm what is permitted for their vehicle and use case.
Fitment
The spacer has an M18 × 1.5 thread and is 58 mm long. Confirming that this matches your vehicle, and that there is physical clearance and enough sensor wire, is your responsibility before ordering — the fitment guide shows how, and you can ask us first.
Installation
Fitting involves a hot exhaust and working under a vehicle. Follow the safety steps in the installation guide, or have it fitted by a workshop. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from installation.
