We collect only what is needed to take payment and get your order to you. Card details never reach our servers — PayFast handles those. We share details only with the services that take payment, deliver or hand over your order and look up addresses, all listed below. We do not sell your information to anyone.

What we never see
Card and banking details. Payments run through PayFast, a South African payment gateway. You enter those details on PayFast's systems, not ours. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number.
Who we share with
The outside services that receive personal information from us, what each one gets, and why:
Kept by us. Contact form messages are emailed to [email protected] and kept in an enquiry log on our own server. Order confirmations and status updates are sent from our server to your email address, with a copy of each order to our own mailbox.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as South African tax and consumer-protection law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
