We collect only what is needed to take payment and deliver a parcel. Card details never reach our servers — PayFast handles those. We do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect, and why

What we never see
Card and banking details. Payments run through PayFast, a South African payment gateway. You enter those details on PayFast's systems, not ours. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number.
Who we share with
- PayFast — to process your payment.
- The Courier Guy (ShipLogic) — your name, address and phone, so the parcel can be delivered.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as South African tax and consumer-protection law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
