Orders ship from Johannesburg, Gauteng via The Courier Guy, anywhere in South Africa. Standard delivery is R99 and takes 2 to 4 business days. Express is R149 for next business day. Dispatch is the next business day after payment clears.

Outlying and rural routes can add a day or two beyond the standard window. The courier's own tracking is the authority on where a parcel actually is — your tracking reference is issued once the parcel is collected.
Tracking your order
Use the order tracking page with your order number. If a parcel has not moved for more than two business days, contact us via the contact page and we will chase it with the courier.
Returns
If the part arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will sort it out. Get in touch before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and reference.
